東莞市廣毅榮冷拉鋼廠;層流冷卻是帶鋼熱連軋過程中必不可少的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),基于某鋼廠1150mm帶鋼熱連軋生產(chǎn)線中層流冷卻的設(shè)備、儀表和控制要求設(shè)計了層冷段的控制系統(tǒng),包括硬件配置、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、軟件功能和數(shù)學模型等,實踐證明該系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠、安全性高,頗受用戶好評,具有在國內(nèi)同類生產(chǎn)線上進行推廣應(yīng)用的價值。 Laminar Cooling is an indispensable part of hot strip steel mill. Based on the devices, instruments and control requirements of 1150ram hot strip steel mill in a certain actual Iron & Steel Co. , the laminar cooling control system was designed, including hardware figuration, network framework, software functions, mathematical model, etc. The practice proves that the control system is steady and reliable, and it has the value to be popularized in the other similar production line. 通過對安鋼1780熱軋生產(chǎn)線熱軋溫度及產(chǎn)品性能的跟蹤研究,分析熱軋溫度的分布和控制范圍對的板型的影響,結(jié)果表明,控制終軋溫度在Ar3以上、改進中間保溫罩的控制形式及層流冷卻系統(tǒng)等措施,可有效降低帶鋼強度的波動,提高板型質(zhì)量。 Through tracking study on rolling temperature and product properties of the 1 780 hot rolling production line, effects of temperature distribution and range on shape of cold-rolled steel sheet, the results show that raising finishing temperature to more than Ar3 ,improving control style of insulation cover and laminar cooling system can reduce fluctuation of strength, improve quality of shape. |
