東莞市廣毅榮冷拉鋼廠；針對薄板坯連鑄連軋流程的工藝特點，通過合理的成分設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化，有效解決了脫碳和鑄坯裂紋等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題，開發(fā)出了高品質(zhì)的合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼30CrMo熱軋帶鋼，產(chǎn)品組織為細(xì)小均勻的鐵素體＋珠光體，夾雜物尺寸在5μm以下的占98％以上，且球化較好；帶鋼抗拉強(qiáng)度為795-950MPa，伸長率為15％～21％；帶鋼厚度公差控制在±25μm以內(nèi)，平直度控制在士10I以內(nèi)。
　　Based on the characteristics of thin slab casting and direct rolling technology （TSCR）, high quality alloy steel strip of 30CrMo was developed by designing reasonable composition and optimizing process . Therefore, decarburization and slab cracking problems were resolved, and good mechanical properties were obtained.
